Today was an oral proposal by Belarus to abandon the importation of powdered milk in Russia for two quarters, - said E. Skrynnik.
She said that this decision was positively received in the Ministry of Agriculture of Russian Federation, because it blocks big milk.
This will allow our farmers to adequate, affordable prices to sell their milk, Russia, - noted the Minister.
She believes that at the level of Ministries of Agriculture of Russia and Belarus has an upward trend of relations.
They (Ministry of Agriculture of Belarus) are ready to sign the agreement (on a temporary waiver of the importation of powdered milk), - she added.
