In MinZhKH was advised, failure to provide services for snow removal and spreading of passes, apply for the municipal housing company with a demand to call their representatives to fix the fact of failure or poor quality of service and drawn a statement of claim. In the case of non-arrival of the representative of the Executive for two days or unreasonable refusal to sign the act, claims, residents have the right to draw up and sign it yourself.
