Ukrainian government reorganized the National Industrial and agricultural association Massandra (ARC), one of the largest wine companies of Ukraine, the State Concern.

Government also approved the statute of the state concern National industrial and agricultural association Massandara. He suggests that the company would report to the Cabinet of Ministers and it will include the company: Livadia, Gurzuf, Tavrida, Alushta Malorechenskoye, Marine, Veselovskoe, Perch, Privitne.
As reported in June this year, Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has signed the Verkhovna Rada adopted the law on the structure, powers and peculiarities of the legal and economic regime of the property complex of the national industrial and agricultural associations Massandra.
Act defines the status of national industrial and agricultural associations Massandra as a state charter associations of enterprises in the form of concern, which is the successor of production and agricultural associations Massandra, the balance of which is transferred all property owned industrial and agrarian association Massandra.
In addition, the law establishes that a property complex association Massandra includes land that is in constant use of associations and enterprises in its structure, as well as all tangible and intangible assets on the balance of the enterprises included in the union and forth by the State for them at the right of business.
